Mayukh Bagchi is a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Fausto Giunchiglia at the KnowDive Group within the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science (DISI), University of Trento, Italy.
He is also the Teaching Assistant for the Knowledge and Data Integration (KDI) postgraduate course. He has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with Honours in Mathematics [from the University of Calcutta, India] and a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science (MSLIS) [from the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Bangalore, India].
His research interests include Knowledge Organization, Data and Knowledge Management, Knowledge Representation and Reasoning (KRR), and Semantic Web Technologies. His other research interests include Cognitive Sciences, Computational Intelligence, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and mathematical approaches to intelligent information management.
