Khandaker Tabin Hasan received his BSc from American International University – Bangladesh (2002)
and his MSc from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in 2006, Sweden in the area of Human Computer
Interactions and Data Science. While studying there, he was offered a paid thesis at the University of
Trento, Italy. On completion of his thesis work, he was offered a research fellowship followed by a PhD
position in recognition to his distinct research excellence which he completed in 2011. He is now working
at American International University – Bangladesh (AIUB) in the Department of Computer Science as
Graduate Program Head and Professor. He is also a visiting scholar at the University of
Trento. His research areas are Human Computer Interactions, Data Science and Machine Learning.
