NYU Shanghai rising senior majoring in Computer Science and Philosophy, with a minor in Neuroscience. Research interests in the computational foundations of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), with a focus on reflection, cognition, and their connections to philosophy of mind.

I will be assisting and carry out a project that focuses on systematically assessing existing definitions of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and examining how recent advances in generative AI reshape our understanding of intelligence and consciousness.

Building on this analysis, the work contributes to developing a new computational definition of AGI, informed by both Western and Asian philosophical traditions. A central component is the formalization of reflection (introspection) as a key mechanism underlying human–AI and AI–AI interaction and collaboration.
